How similar is it to question2answer?

I am using Q2A open source script for my website Questionreply. I can notice this script is similar to Q2A and also seems more flexible and advanced as well. Kindly let me know how can I design a website like this.

It is not easy (It is not just a theme).

  1. Core has been changed drastically from Q2A.
  2. Base theme of PowerQA is completely original. It is generated by LESS/SASS.
  3. PowerQA is made up of many professional plugins.

These are the differences from Q2A. PQA site works properly by collaborating of these parts.
