Core javascript changed

I changed core javascript related display rule of form items.

  • File: qa-include/qa-app-format.php
  • Function: qa_set_display_rules()
  • Changes: When parent checkbox has  "disabled" OR "readonly" attribute, display rule is not applied.

This is the improvement related to the user interface of NP. Originally, it had to be equipped more earlier.
