[Bug] Each time CRON moves, database is backed up.

I am calling CRON job process of DMP plugin in every 30 minutes. And, database backup is scheduled each "day". However, database is backed up every 30 minutes.

There was a bug in the DMP plugin. If you set past date in the start date of your job, final execution time will be after one day. Job will run until final execution date is exceed now.

When the final execution time is past, now time is set into the final execution time.
