[Bug] Javascript error on admin panel (spam)

Check box control seems to have a problem.

[Bug] When feedback page is disabled, error occur in spam page.

Condition:

"Admin" > "Emails" > "Provide a page for users to send feedback" => OFF

Phenomenon:

Javascript error occur in "Admin" > "Spam".

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getAttribute' of null

In this thread, "SuperAdmin" is the user to perform the advanced system settings (In other words, SystemAdmin). When SuperAdmin and SiteOperator are same, no problem. But, when it is different, some problems occur. For example, if SiteOperator is moderator, he can not use below feature. So, SiteOperator must be inevitably administrator. In this case, he can also access to important program settings...

Changing of category
Changing of site message for visitors / registered users
Changing of sidebar box message
Additional custom pages
Mass mailing
etc, etc

What is appropriate user-level of SiteOperator?
Do you think SiteOperator should have what role?

"Home" menu added in admin menus. Please check on your admin pages.

Admin menu position changed

Admin menu position changed from sub to main. By this changes, public menus are hidden at admin section. And, operability of slide menu in mobile device will be improved.
