Label was changed from “Request confirmation of user emails” to “Send an email to user to confirm their email”
All new users must confirm their email
Default value was changed from 0 (false) to 1 (true). Because default security of Question2Answer is loose, many spam reports are submitted.
Enable rate limits
New option was added. Default is 1 (true). If you turn off, test operation on your site will become easier. And, in a fully trusted environment (e.g. corporate intranet), you can turn off.
